Empoleon is really an epic pkmn and my favorite pokemon.
With a mega evolution. It could use a boost in its Speed since its base stat is 60. And slight boost for ATk and Def would be nice as well since its at 86 and 88. Its spAtk adn SpDef are pretty decent at 111 and 101.

Hp:      84---> 84   (0+)
Atk:     86---> 101 (15+)
Def:     88--->103 (15+)
SpAtk: 111--->121 (10+)
SpDef: 101--->111 (10+)
Speed: 60---> 80 (20+)
